To create this item, the player must use an Ancient +11 Tier B item from following list:
- Hyon Dragon 
- Anubis Legendary 
- Gywen Guardian 
- Gaion Storm Crow 
- Agnis Adamantine 
- Chrono Red Wing 
- Vega Sacred Fire 
- Vicious Dragon 
- Henir Guardian
Chaos Machine
If the player has one of these items with +11 quality, just go to the Chaos Machine and select the first option, Enhancement/Crafting, to perform the combination.
Note:
This combination has an 80% chance of success and allows the use of only parts of sets.
